Q: Acne and hormonal changes

I noticed that ever since I stopped using the depo shot I started to break out when it was time to get my menstruation but then I noticed that even after my menstruation was gone the pimples did not go away. It has been 9 months now since i last used the depo shot and now looks like I suffer from acne mainly on my cheeks and chin. Could this be due to the hormonal change since I am no longer on birth control?

Probably, a lot of women don't know this but a balancing hormone treatment will really help reduce the acne. One is called Vitex, it's very effective and it doesn't have any bad side effects. It will help to balance out the hormones and most likely reduce the acne.
