Hi Spragup and welcome to ehealth...Seeing I had this procedure many years ago, I can't recall ever having this problem...However, each person is difference...They put me on Premarin immediately and I stayed with this until three years ago...From what I have gathered in looking about facts of this happening, I wonder if the fact that I was taking a high blood pressure medication during that time, helped ease me through menopause...

I would think that ovaries could work either way...To work against the skin or to help it..Maybe some hormone treatment will help you or else as your doctor or pharmacist...They are very knowledgeable....

Take care,
Caroline
