I had done Bilateral Acl Surgery Eight month Ago. Still I got Pain While get down the stairs, Plus I got pain in my right knee while walking, I got pain exactly in that area where the srew is installed, but my digital x-ray shows that everything is fine and there is no loose bodies and loose srew shown in that digital x-ray. I got relief when i take the pain killer Proxym 300 ( etodolac + Seratiopeptiase contents) but after few hours once again i stated pain in that area, Please let me know why its happed ?????.

After ACL Surgery It is unsafe to do jogging on the road, running on the road increase the knee injury ?? because I love to do jogging, can its safe to run on the road.
