I am desperate about my acid reflux. PPIs and antacids work, but as long as I continue take them. Whenever I stop medication symptoms return usually at a stronger degree. I recently heard people taking acid pill instead of antacids, etc. This is exactly the opposite approach. These people say that acid reflux is caused by too little stomach acid not too much. What could be done for a permanent relief from acid reflux disease?
