i am having pain in my chest and throat and bad pain in my left shoulder and arm. I take nexium twice a day but i am overweight by 20 pounds and get stress very easily. Sometimes i notice that the nexium is not helping and i wake up from the left arm pain. is this still to be a acid reflux issue or it might be my heart. i did have 24 hour holter and it was normal and i did an EKG and it was normal. I vomit sometimes and i am still in my early 30s. What can i do can anyone help
