I want to know if aching legs and back pains can be associated with HIV/AIDS,when the doctors don't know whats the matter with you.

I have never heard of back pain and aching legs as a symptom for HIV.

Could it be vascular disease?

It could be anything. Would you like to rule out HIV mbae getting tested for HIV?
