Hi all

I am a 26 yr old female and for the last six months have been suffering from what is probably anxiety and stress.

When it first started i used to get tingling all over my legs and arms which has since seemed to disappear.

Lately i have been aching all over especially in my arm and legs and top of the back, i seem to lose my temper easily which scares me and i am forever shouting at my poor boyfriend who has to put up with it. The one thing that scares me the most is i think i am sometimes losing it and im really scared i have cjd or ms or some other terminal illness. i also have a tight feeling in my chest and like something is stuck in my throat.

Im really scared a lot of time, does anyone else suffer from anything like this?
