Q: achey muscles and joints

I'm not sure what is wrong with me..I'm 27...I can't tell if its my muscles or joints that feel "achy" but...my feet, hands, some parts of my arm, and especially my thighs and knees have been sore for the past few weeks...
i haven't started working out or anything like that...
someone told me I should maybe get a blood test for Lyme disease because there are many occurances of that happening right now...

If anyone has any thoughts of what could be wrong with me, I would really appreciate it!

Have you seen a rheumatologist? I would start there and and ask if they can check your trigger points for fibromyalgia and they will check other things as well.

If fibro, change your diet and eliminate processed foods and all dairy and that will reduce or eliminate the symptoms that you mention. Worked for me.
