Q: ache behind right eye

I've been having pains in my head, I suppose I would call it a migraine. It starts out of the blue and aches the right side of my head. It feels like it's behind my right eye. Could this possibly be an eye problem? Or should I still think of it as a migraine? I've been on Topomax for about 6 months now, and even though it has slowed down the frequency of the pains, I do still get them. I've tried documenting my diet, regulating the way I sleep, and making sure I stay active. Nothing seems to work. My doctor said I could try Acupuncture, and I've been debating it lately.

Please help, all advise appreciated!

Extremely eHealthy
Does the headache come quickly, without warning, and reach a pick within 2 to 15 minutes?
Do you have other additional symptoms along with eye pain, like eye redness and eye tearing?
Do you find these headaches extremely intense and painful, interfering with your daily activities?
How often and when do you get it?
