Does anyone know if the acai berry based diets really work? I have been reading up on them since I saw it on Oprah and I was wondering if anyone had any success with it?

They could help!
From my research, it sounds like it is very possible that acai berry based diets work. I would steer clear from anything that are acai pills, though. Those are the hype right now, but I would stick with pure acai, such as acai berries, juice, or puree. I've read that simply mixing acai puree into smoothies in the morning has been known slow down hunger and increase antioxidants tremendously. Without exercise, people have lost nearly 10 pounds within a month from just consuming acai on a regular basis.
