Hello, this is a very common question as far as various antio-xidant drinks helping with cancer and other diseases. There is a lot of research showing that high anti-oxidant intake can help fight cancer and chronic disease. These types of drinks contain high amounts of anti-oxidants, phytonutrients and other natural substances that help your body ward off disease.
The key to fighting these chronic diseases is to restore your overall health. That is what these types of drinks help to accomplish. That being said, you cant just consume a healthy drink everyday and still eat unhealthy foods the rest of the day.
If you want to fight your chronic diseases it is recommended that you take better care of your overall health. There is no magic bullet or mono-therapy that will allow a person to continue an unhealthy lifestyle and live disease free by taking a specific supplement.
I am not implying that you currently are not living a healthy lifestyle, just that diet and lifestyle are major contributors to cancer, heart disease and other chronic diseases.
So what can you do?
Evaluate and change your diet. Fresh, healthy vegetables and fruits being 75% of your intake.
Exercise regularly. 20 minutes a day AT LEAST 3 times a week. It doesn't have to be a lot, just enough to get your blood flowing and muscles moving... possibly even break a light sweat.
Your health IS your life, and if you want to completely change your health you DO have to completely change your lifestyle.
So in conclusion, Pure Acai Berry can help with chronic disease, but is more of a supplement to other lifestyle changes and not just a magic bullet. I hope this helps.
