i know what does & you probably won't believe it
NATURAL UNPROCESSED SALT along with the correct aplication of hydration ratio. I reduced my blood pressure from 150/80 to 122/64,eliminated my life long asthma, & lost weight of 10 kilograms without any additional exercise other than home duties. It is also is naturally ALKALIZING which is used as a alternative therapy for cancer treatments.
SOLE, WATER IN WATER OUT are good key searches along with anything i have entered in capital letters.
hope this helps you.

Acai berry is a total scam. Sure, it's healthy stuff, but on better than any other berry. Promotors of the stuff have spread all kinds of hype.

No single food is going to solve your blood pressure problem. It's diet that's important, not foods. It's an important distinction.

A balance of minerals is essential to regulating blood pressure and you get this by eating a varied diet of natural, whole and unprocessed foods. If you have this type of diet and you still have hbp it's being caused, and needs to be treated, in some other way.

There's a lot of hype around Acai berry thanks to Oprah and company but that doesn't mean it's a scam. From my understanding Acai berry contains significant amounts of resveratrol, a powerful antioxident that can help cleanse your arteries and get the blood flowing smoothly again, i.e. lower your blood pressure.

I haven't tried if myself so I'm only talking from theory here. I don't think there is any harm in giving it a go though. But of course it's no substitute for a healthy diet and lifestyle.

The easiest way to put in in layman terms is yes, it works!

As a professional in the health and fitness industry and former international athlete, I can state many of my clients have benefited from the acai berry and all it has to offer. There are reasons why there is so much hype about this product, because it works!

Be wary of just any acai berry products. The only true source of pure acai berry other than picking it and eating it yourself from a tree in Brazil is Mona Vie. Their process keeps just about all the nutritional value while other struggle to hold 10-30%.

Mona Vie is one of those multi level marketing companies. You have to buy a lot and then they try and get you to sell it and become a marketer. At least that is what they did to me. I bought my acai berry in the supermarket, Bossa Nova, and it is about $4 a bottle for a small one. It doesn't have a great taste though. I've used this when I had a normal bp, but my bp rose suddenly in june, and the drink really hasn't helped to reduce it at all.
