Q: Abortion without parental consent ?

14years old turning 15 soon. if pregant,
can they get an abortion without a parent knowing?

Generally abortion in a pregnancy in a minor that is below the age of 18 years cannot be done without the consent of a legal guardian. The guardian is generally a parent but can be a relative or school warden if the child is away from the parent.
