I had an abortion a year ago and seem to be having horrible pain in the whole stomach area. Is that normal? or is it just scar tissue?

You'll need to see your doctor for an accurate diagnosis.

Horrible stomach pain is not normal and you shouldn't have scar tissue after an abortion.
