Abortion- scared that I will be unable to provide...

I'm 23 and I just found out that I'm about 4 weeks pregnant, this would be great news except that I already have a 1 year old son. I'm scared that I will be unable to provide for another child and have been considering abortion as a last resort. I don't really believe in abortion completely but I also don't want to take away from son by having another child so soon. I really need unbiased advice. I know that ultimately it will be up to me to decide what to do about this pregnancy but any input will be very helpful. Thank you.
