hi everyone

this is pretty i have question that actually i just got pregnant n about to 5wk i m married n having two little babies 1 is about to 2y n little one is 1 year old.at this time i cannot afford a baby because i had C-section.i cannot afford the baby physically n mentally,my health isn't good i have so many problem like i have stone in my both kidneys,so me n my husband are thinking to go for a abortion but at this stage doctors told me that it is not possible,my question is that can i go for a abortion or is it safe for me.OR is it really not possible when i m 5 wks pregnant but no fetal echo sound? pls help me out.i will really appericiate.
