I did an abortion by pill back in 2006. Let me also say that you can't get an abortion until you are six weeks along and they can see the mass on an ultrasound. The pill abortion works but you may end up with a D&C anyways due to clots. See; I went to the clinic and they gave me the pill. Went home and rested for 4 days. The bleeding never stopped and after 2 weeks I was soaking a pad in just a few hours. Went back in; they did an ultra sound; pregnancy was gone but I had a clot. They suctioned me out (which really hurt) and after some more healing I was finally ok.
