Then I took the 2-cytotic, i did have more bleeding heavier than before and i feel SO MUCH PAIN from my abdomen for about a week and after that i think 2 weeks more i made again a pregnancy exam and it's already negative. What does it mean? Is the abortion successful? Can someone please HELP me, please? I need your responses as soon as possible...

Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Cortal is an analgesic and does not cause abortion.Cytotic is used for abortion but along with other medication and only before 9 weeks of pregnancy after examination. It causes pain, heavier bleeding, diarrhoea, vomitting due to contractions of uterus. It can cause incomplete abortion and some products of conception might be retained which can lead to complications.Abortion should not be done like this as it can have serious consequences. It may take about 2 to 3 cycles for the periods to be regularised.
You require a USG scan to conclude if the termination is complete or not.Kindly visit a gynaecologist soon for pelvic examination and evaluation.

Take Care!
