Abortion and Ultrasound

I had an abortion last year in Novermber of 2009. No one knows about it, specially my parents. I had to get an ultrasound to check a cyst I have had for several years and now a week later my doctor calls my mother saying that he wants me to come in and talk to him about the ultrasound. He won't tell my mother what it is about. Is it possible for a doctor to tell that you have had an abortion through an ultrasound?
