i'm 22, had a surgical abortion early last year, been on the pill ever since. what level of difficulty will i have with getting pregnant when i'm ready to have kids later on because of the abortion?

It's hard to say hun to be honest because every woman is different, you could be fine and conceive quickly or it could take you anything up to a year...You need to see a professional about this...Jenny

I agree with Jenny...from what I understand, it takes multiple abortions to seriously impact fertility or conception, but every body is different. Ask your dr!
