So, my period is usually very heavy by day 2 if not sooner. I go through about 4-5 pads a day on days 2 and 3.

My period came two days ago right on time, and it started very light. However, it hasn't gotten heavier. If anything, it's slowing down. Barely anything is visible in the maxi pad, and it's just a very light brown color. I have had cramps like I usually do, just not the normal heavy flow.

I am wondering if this is something that I should be worried about...or if I should be worried about pregnancy. I keep telling myself there's no way I can be pregnant because the last time I had sex was about three days before my last period, and that period came and was heavy and long like it normally is.

I have heard that it is possible to still bleed while you are pregnant, but it should take place 7-10 days after implantation and will be lighter than a normal period. So if that is true, I can't be pregnant...right? What else could be the cause of this? Should I be worried?

Thanks so much in advance.

Oh, and I always use protection when I have sex, and the last time was no exception. Just in case that helps.
