Q: abnormal testicle skin and bending of penis

Okay so a normail penis the skin from the testicles stops at the base of the penis but mine goes allthe way to right below the tip is this normal also my penis bends in half when fully erect and i mean i can feel a straight crease when it bends is this normal also is there a way to enlarge a penis?
