Abnormal Pap, LSIL, doomed to get genital warts?

So I went to the gynecologist sometime last week because I had some unusal discharge. I was diagnosed with BV and put on Flagyl. Then today I got a call saying my pap test had come back abnormal, and that the type was LSIL. I know LSIL is usually associated with HPV....

Is there ANY WAY AT ALL that my BV could have caused the abnormal test to be LSIL?

IF I have HPV, does that mean I'm doomed to get genital warts? How likely is it that I will develop genetal warts?

I'm really scared about this. I was in a serious realtionship and got cheated on. I don't want the rest of my life ruined because of some jerk. Please help.
