The symptoms you reported might be related to endometriosis. Endometriosis is a condition in which endometrial cells are deposited outside of the uterine cavity. The pelvic pain is its most often symptom. Other symptoms include: painful menstrual cramps, painful intercourse, urinary urgency and frequency.
You might want to visit your gynecologist for pelvic ultrasound to search for endometrial cysts. If endometriosis is suspected, than a surgery might be recommended to remove the affected tissue and to examine it.
In the end, the condition might be caused only by hormonal imbalance. Laboratory hormonal tests might confirm pr rule out this condition.
