After a "successfull" IVF ended in a miscarriage of two embryos I was suggested to undergo a karyotype analysis. They found out here in Italy that I have a pericentric inversion of chromosome 1 (p13q21). Nobody up to now has been able to tell me what this means for my health and, more important, what this would mean for the baby if I ever get another pregnancy. Thank you in advance. Sara, Italy
