Q: abnormal itching - bug bite?

I'am experiencing an itch within my skin,like something inside.At times it hurt,but it's like itching on my leg,back,foot,neck,top of my ear,my face and I just don't know what to do with the itching. I have little red bumps on my face,but no mark anywhere else beside me scratching it...It feels like little pins poking me...
