Q: Abnormal bleeding

My period got delayed for couple weeks in May. I think that was from stress. I just finished my period a week ago. For somehow, I saw the dark colour blood bleed from my urine. It is like PMS, but it is darker. I put the pad on, but I only see small dark red spots on it. I am not so sure is it called bleeding or PMS.
