I'm a 29 yr old female. I'm 5'8" and 130 lbs. I eat healty thought I was recently diagnosed as hypoglycemic, I don't do drugs and I drink 1 day a week. I've had abnormal liver tests for at least 10 years. My mother had Wilson's Disease, but my results are not even close to those of Wilson's. Latest test:

ALT - 22 (normal range)
AST - 28 (normal range)
Ratio: 1.3 (abnormal range - AST should be equal to or lower than the ALT)

Total Bilirubin: 2.6 (Abnormal -Conjugated being higher, but I don't have the breakdown from my doctor yet)

I am negative for Hep A, B & C; Gilbert's Syndrome and I don't have a blocked bile duct. My last ultrasound was approx. 4 years ago, but it showed no cirrosis or inflamation.

I'm thinking possibly Non alcoholic fatty liver disease or NASH as possible causes. I'm not overly concerned, but I'd like a diagnosis. Any ideas???
