When I do setups I have a large (fist size) lump that protrudes from my stomach just below the sternham, it's soft and easy to push in, it's a little tender to pressure. Could this be related to a hiatal hernia or esophigal problem?

This needs to be diagnosed with imaging techniques.
There can be some growth located at the part of sternum known as processus xiphoideus.
