I've been experiencing intermittent minor pains for 3 weeks now in my lower abdomen. It is confusing to know whether it's appendicitis, kidney malfunction or whatever because I experience pain in the right, middle and left part of my lower abdomen. I feel dizzy most of the time and I feel nauseated but I haven't thrown up.

3 weeks ago I started having those abdominal pains.
3 days ago I started to feel dizzy/nauseated.

Other info:
1) Poor eye vision - I do have glasses and contact lenses but don't wear them.
2) Irregular bowel movement - It's been like this since I was a kid. For 2 months now, I've been taking Fibercon and I have bowel movement 3-4x a week.
3) I can hold up to 2 hours before urinating, especially b/w 1-6AM when I'm too lazy to go to the washroom.
4) I'm not sure if I'm pregnant, my period is scheduled next week.
5) The only time I go near the gas stove {CO} is when I cook breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Now, what could it be?!

Thanks!
