I have small white (rice grain) lumps in my snot when I blow my nose. There is also a little blood. I'm not blowing very hard either. Is this normal? There are four lumps behind my ear too, in a line. The last lump is the largest and is visibly protruding from my neck. And lastly, my stomach for the last three days feels like it's going to explode. When I press on it I can feel hard lumps. The first time I felt this way I couldn't stop throwing up now I can't throw up and the pain is worse than the last (increasing). I would go see my doctor but I recently got off health insurance because I was never sick. So, what's going on here?

Hello and welcome to e health forum.

The description of the lump and the symptoms are not adequate to make a proper diagnosis.

The symptoms of blood from the nose and the enlarged lumps behind the ear (probable lymph nodes) could be a sign of infection in the nasopharyngeal tract.

You may need a proper examination and prescription medications including antibiotics to clear the infection.

The cause of your abdominal pain also needs to be assessed with a physical examination and proper evaluation including tests like a ultrasound or a upper GI endoscopy to rule out conditions like peptic ulcers.

Hence you should try to clear up , the issues with your insurance, and then consult a doctor at the earliest for proper treatment.
