I have had slight pain for about a month under my lower right rib, which hurt when I swallowed (esp cold stuff). I saw my GP he gave me protonix as I was starting to get some acid. I also had a blood work up (neg) a ultrasound of the area (neg) and today a upper scope that didn't show anything. The acid remains but comes and goes in severity. The pain at one point was gone for a few days but it back. Not sure what else to do? they uped my protonix and set an appt for a month from now unless the pain gets worse. Am I missing something, should I ask for more to be tested? Any advice would be great!
