Abdominal pain.

I have pain that has occured recently , severe pain when I try to pass solids. The pain occurs in my scrotal area and in the rear part of me including the space below the scrotum. I am not trying to make a joke. Whenever I describe my pain to doctors or others in the medical area they appear embarrassed and I already feel embarrased myself. This reaction is subjective not objective as one would hope for when consulting a pro. Somehow the scientific reasoning goes out the window. I feel like I am being made a joke. But the pain is very real. I have been a cna myself.
