hi sir I had galbladder stones and then i went through surgery two years ago..
Surgery was successful but pain in upper abdominal continues then i had endoscopy
and the result was positive and doctor says that i am suffering from gastritis
and then i took the treatment of pantocid fast kit which includes pantrapzole clarithromycin and amoxicillin. but again no releif from pain........please tell me what type of problem it is pain is basically in upper abdomen near esphogus and its getting worst and worst

You were treated for stomach infection with H.pylori, which is the underlying cause for gastritis and ulcers in most of the cases.
Although, the infection is usually easily treated, still, there are cases of failed treatment.
If initial antibiotic treatment fails, another attempt must follow and if necessary a third or fourth until the infection is cured in 100% of cases.
Since, a clarithromycin based regimen was used a metronidazole based regimen should be used afterwards.
