Q: abdominal pain - possible eptopic pregnancy

I have recently had a miscarriage and am experiencing moderate to severe abdominal pain, with a slight fever but no other signs , have passed a colposcopy and waiting for results but now doc says it may be an eptopic pregnancy, in the meantime I wonder what is going on with my body and ideas.
