Hi I recently been feeling an abdominal pain in my lower right abdomen. It started about 4-6 weeks ago, and now I have also pains which radiate to my lower right back and also experiencing left perineum pain which radiates to the back of my left testicle. I have had ultrasounds performed on my abdomen and testicles. The ultrasound performed on the testicles concluded that there was no sign of anything "acute", so i guess that meant no sign of acute inflammation. They didnt mention whether there was a mass or not so im assuming that there is not cancerous mass because im sure they would of picked it up on the ultra sound. The ultrasound on my abdomen concluded that there was no bowel wall thickening, no free fluid and that the terminal ileum was normal. Also concluded that bladder was normal, prostate gland is normal in size. Lastly it was concluded on this ultrasound that the liver, spleen, gallbladder and bile ducts are normal, aorta is normal, and both kidneys are normal. I have been on antibiotics (ofloxacin) for 18 days now and the pain has not disappeared. Sometimes the pain shows up on my upper inner left leg. Lastly and maybe most importantly, i had an appendectomy approximately one year ago. The original pain on the right hand side was about a couple inches below the scar. Thank you for taking the time to listen.
