hi! first up thanks to all who visit, i appreciate any ideas and thoughts which i will follow through with a doctors appointment (with no help or conclusion yet)
past few months ive been experiencing abdominal pain from bottom/lower chest to just above bikini line. pain consists mainly of the area directly underneath my tummy-button. thought it was from my period (which is very irregular. i get just about every 2 weeks and can last from 5-10 days. doctors said it is polosystic overies a few years back) until recently in the last 4 weeks or so i have been experiencing on-and-off pains throughout each day regularly, and have found it has increased in pain and duration in the last few days. sometimes, just before i go for lunch which is when im beginning to feel hungry, the pains come on which can leave me feeling quite yucky and is quite painful.

i get very bloated and can be quite extreme + uncomforatble at the best of times. any ideas on ways to relief this will be much appreciated.

last few days my unrination flow has increased and i find myself needing to go around every 1.5hrs. very annoying as i work fulltime.
i have done some research regarding this, and found the diagnosis used for most abdominal problems are very invasive (e.g. scope through tummy-button, vagina etc).

thanks, i wil be going to the doctors on saturday (30th July) as i have no time during the week, and i will post the news once i find out.

Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Pain which you have described can be due to various reasons as infection,PID,Bowel disease etc but since you have irregular periods also it is more in favour of PCOD being present as it is also associated with abdominal pain and dicomfort.
Kindly do not ignore it as PCOD if present can cause fertility issues in the long run and it is required to have proper treatment which is usually started with hormonal preparations to regularize the cycles.
Consider visiting a Physician for evaluation.

Take Care!
