Q: abdominal pain for 2 days

I've had moderate abdominal pain for the last two days. Given the relatively rapid onset, and the bloated feeling I originally had, I initially thought it was a stomach bug and thought it would pass in 24 hours. But I have not been sick, or had diarrhoea, or been constipated. I have had two or three normal bowel movements and the pain is still there. It is not particularly localised, but is constant. I have lost my appetite and have not really eaten in the last 48 hours. I originally thought this wasn't worth bothering anyone about, but the fact that it has still not gone away is making me think I should seek some medical advice. Any ideas?

If this is an abdominal pain felt in the lower abdomen and you feel bloated and discomfort or pressure-like sensation, it could also, indicate a gynecological or urinary problem.
