Abdominal Pain feels like i am hungry but I am not?

I am having upper abdominal pain. In the middle of it, when you press down on it, its sore too. It kind of feels like i am hungry but I am not. I had severe pain there, and in my uterus, vaginal, and Fallopian tubes area at the same time. It lasted about 20 minutes then now just in the middle of my upper abdominal area is sore, and feels like a cramp. I do have the Paragard IUD for a year now. I am due for my menstrual period as well.
