femle child with frequent abdominal pain ,stool and urine analysis were normal ,blood show microcytic hypochromic anaemia ,TLC=4000 WITH ABSOLUTE NEUTROPENIA,lymphocytosis[all mature] .isthere any doubt of malignancy like leukemia or lymphoma thanks
