Hello and welcome to e health forum.

From the history, it is not possible to assess the severity of your condition.

You might be having discomfort due to benign conditions like GERD or benign uterine contractions or it could be due to serious conditions which can predispose to early pregnancy demise, etc.

The exact cause needs to be diagnosed by a physical examination and assessment of fetal well being needs to be done with a ultrasound.

You might consult your OB-GYN for a complete assessment and proper advice.

I hope this helps.
