For over 2 years, on a monthly or semi-monthly basis, near the start of my period, usually very soon after a meal, I will get a pain in my left lower abdomen, then dizziness, sometimes I can feel and hear gurgling in my intestine like diarhea is backing up, then violent diarrhea/vomitting. I am so sick and weak, and dizzy that I can't get up.Then the pain shifts down into my pelvic area and feels like intense labor pains and by the next day I will start my period. It doesn't seem to be anything that I am eating because I had eaten something totally different each time. I thought it might be due to my hypothyroid but that doesn't seem to be the case either. If you have any idea what is goin on please help! I would be elated to get this over and done with. Thanx in advance...
