It is very hard to diagnose the possible cause for your abdominal pain given your description.

If the abdominal pain is too strong or lasts too long you can request medical attention to find out the cause. You may need several medical investigations to be diagnosed. For the beginning you need: a physical examination, an abdominal ultrasound, and a few standard blood laboratory tests. Any further diagnostic procedures can be requested depending upon the preliminary results.

You may want to visit your GP first.
