Hi, I'm 22 years old, I'm female and I couldn't sleep very well last night because of a severe sharp pain in my lower right abdomen. I'm also starting to run a fever. Last week I had a pain near my navel and was unable to eat without wanting to throw up. Can anyone help me please?

I suggest you make an appointment with your doctor. It sounds like you could have appendicitis. Have you had yours removed? One website says this:
Right side abdominal pain of a few days duration, associated with loss of appetite, nausea and occasionally vomiting, fever, feeling generally unwell in anyone between the ages of 9 and 39 is appendicitis, until proven otherwise.
If this is ruled out, it could be a problem with your right ovary.
