I've been trying to conceive for about 6 months.
But lately i've been getting lower abdominal pain and back pain i went to my ovgyn and she said there was a cyst in my ovary. Now i've been having unprotected sex with my husband and my period starts On the 12th of March. My question is: How long after concieving can a period be missed????
