my roommate is havings signs of cold chills,nausea,migraines,bloody stools and lower left and ride side abdominal pain.what could be wrong with her?

I'm sorry that no one has given you an answer until now.

Hopefully your roommate has been seen by a doctor by now. If not, she needs to be seen by a doctor for an evaluation and proper dx, game plan to get better.

This is not normal...
