Im a 20 yr old girl. I have been getting abdominal pain on th lower left side of my abdomen. Im feeling really bloated and gasey, its embarrassin as i feel im always needing to let the gas out. My bowel movements aren't normal, hey can be small pieces to loose stool to hard stool. I have bleeding but its just on the toilet paper, could this be haemorroids or an anal fissure? Im constantly filled with air, it feels anyway and im burpin a lot n my stomach is constantly making noises that it gets to the point im embarrased. Im not overweight as im 5ft 6 n weight 8stone 5 pounds. I do eat healthily. could anyone help?

Do you usually experience diarrhea after eating or first thing in the morning? Do you feel a strong urge to have a bowel movements? Have you noticed some mucus in your stool?
