Hi. Im fourteen years of age and have a severe constant pain in my lower abdomen (centre).I have had an appendectomy/laparoscope due to appendicitis around 7 weeks ago. Since then i have had this diffrent pain which has stopped me walking un-aided. Any moovement really triggers the pain. Ultra-scans have come back clear and tests seem to be fine. Also i have been experiencing a constant pain in my right breast for two years which affects my sleep(this may or may not be anything to do with this but who knows!)I have copious amounts of clear discharge which has been going on since the op and is definately not the monthly discharge !My bowles seem to switch from dhiarreah and constipation every couple of days.I also feel very bloated after eating and have recently been vomiting and feeling very nauseous!Every now and again i get nose bleeds too!I have been on so many diffrent medications for IBS,Bacterial Vaginosis, antibiotics, neuropathic medication and lots more !This has stopped me from going to school for 7 weeks now and I just want to know whats wrong with me !Any suggestions please ! If this pain is in the area of the appendectomy scar, could be an irritation of a nerve under the skin as a result of the incision for surgery.
If the pain you feel comes as a sudden severe cramping pain associated with vomiting and difficulty passing stool, you should talk with your surgeon about possible abdominal adhesions, that are very common after any abdominal surgery.

Feeling nauseous and vomiting aren't common symptoms of IBS, but, they can appear in an IBS sufferer.
Everyday vomiting needs medical attention.
Alternated bowel movements, abdominal pain that is alleviated with passing stool, feeling bloated, are all symptoms of IBS.
IBS symptoms can be worse after some stressful experience, like surgery is.
Nosebleeds that happen more than once in a week, and are heavy and hard to stop, should be evaluated by your physician.
Common, less serious causes for nosebleeds are allergies, sinusitis, colds, deviated nasal septum.
Vaginal discharge after appendectomy should raise suspicious for colovaginal fistula (an abnormal duct that connects two hollow organs, intestine and vagina).

Best wishes!
