I had a colonoscopy on Thursday and had roughly 20 polyps removed. The doctor said that one of the spots he removed a polyp from was oozing so he inserted a hemoclip. I am having such bad abdominal pains on my left side, I lay around with a heating pad all day on it. I had this procedure done when I was 22 (6 years ago) had roughly 20 removed and I don't remember being in pain at all. I do have bleeding when I have a bowel movement but I was bleeding before and they couldnt find the source during my upper and lower GI procedures. Im also not running a fever, just in pain. Im thinking it might be normal since a hemoclip was used but I am not positive. Any thoughts?
