Hi, i had a abdominal mri and egd about 18 months ago. both test were basically normal. egd showed gerd which i have had for years and mild gastritis. mri was normal except gallbaldder sludge and small hemangioma in spleen. liver,adrenal,pancreas all normal. about three weeks now i have been having some very mild pain in my epgastric region with some gas/burping. i worry about cancer and have been reading about stomach cancer. what do u think the chances are that a tumor could have grown and is causing symptoms in the past year 1 1/2. i think that cancer needs to go pre malignant changes first. just wondering i'am male 39 y/o
